Atty. Mark Anthony M. Gamboa, Centre for Neighbourhood Studies (CeNS), Philippines

Atty. Mark Anthony M. Gamboa is an assistant professor at the School of Urban and Regional Planning, University of the Philippines Diliman. Formerly, he was an assistant professor of public administration at the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance from 2011 to 2014.

Atty. Gamboa has extensive research and professional experience in urban and regional planning legislation, policy, and administration; spatial and comprehensive development planning; real estate planning and development; smart cities and neighbourhoods; governance and institutional capacity development planning; and, strategic planning for public and non-profit organizations.

As licensed and registered environmental planner, and a fellow of the University of the Philippines Resilience Institute (UPRI), he serves as project leader for the formulation of comprehensive land use plan, comprehensive development plan, and climate change action plan for several local government units in Luzon and the Visayas.
